This place was a breath of fresh air, I was referred here by a friend and I can see why. This was the friendliest and fastest service I had gotten while looking for general liability insurance for my small business. Honestly they could've had the highest rates and they'd still be at the top of my list because I felt like my business mattered, but they happened to have the lowest rate that I could find and gave me options specific to my needs. Five stars, two thumbs up, and thank you for providing such a great service.

I would put zero stars if I could. The lack of communication and professionalism is unheard of. Not only did I have issues putting in a claim (I ended up paying out of pocked due to the headache) Now I’m 3 months into my policy being cancelled, I’m still being charged. With no light at the end of the tunnel to get a refund. Ty has been beating around the bush, unresponsive to my emails and not returning my calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Revised review ** thank you Tracey for making things right and reaching out to me personally to take care of this manner. Glad we were able to get things resolved and hopefully it’ll be a much better experience for the next person.

Misha was the individual that helped me with setting up my insurance for my car, and it was painless. She did it with a smile and made sure I had all the necessities for my vehicle. Well, what can I say about Traci? I’ve been knowing her for a very long time, when she started the business and she was always determined to give the best customer service possible.
