Honestly they could've had the highest rates and they'd still be at the top of my list because I felt like my business mattered, but they happened to have the lowest rate that I could find and gave me options specific to my needs. Absolutely fantastic service above and beyond from the team. We needed last minute event insurance- and they pulled it together at a reasonable rate. When a name needed to be added on the weekend- APIA came through. Great service rarely seen anymore! Highly recommend
